John G. Hall was born August 21, 1916 in St. Paul. He grew up and attended school in St. Paul and was a graduate of Zion Bible Institute, Zion, Illinois. He was ordained by the Appalachian District of the Assemblies of God in 1940. Brother Hall spent most of his life in ministry to the Lord, serving churches in Virginia, North Dakota, New York, Illinois and Canada.

Rev. Hall worked many years as instructor for the Thomas Staley Foundation at different Bible Colleges throughout the United States, England, Canada and South Korea. The last 50 years of his ministry was spent on the evangelistic field teaching Bible prophecy. He was the author of four books on prophecy and was known worldwide for his famous “Chart of Bible Prophecy.”

Brother and Sister Hall moved to Newcastle, Oklahoma in 1980 where he passed into the arms of Jesus Christ on Sunday August 10, 2014. He reached the ripe old age of 94.
